sandy’s front end is my way of sharing knowledge about UX design with friends and colleagues who don’t do it for a living. It explores a broad spectrum of disciplines from psychology to mathematics, graphic design to games, philosophy to mundane everyday shit.
For me, UX design means understanding the human experience, then crafting it into something useful, pleasurable and purposeful. I’ve explained this a bit better at UXpla.in, a one-page dossier on UX for non-designers, project managers and stakeholders.
My name is Sandy. I’m an artist from Perth, Australia. By day, I work as UX specialist to fund my million hobbies, which you can read about at my blog.
